AnglaisRésumé
This invited communication summarizes and revisits the results of a mixed-method enquiry conducted in 2018 on children's perspectives about Geveva lunchtime out-of-school care. Geneva is a particularly interesting case study, as it has adopted a unique out-of-school care policy, based on a "universal care" principle, implying that all children have an unconditional right to a place in facilities. In recent years, this policy has led to increasing pressure over resources and school canteens. The research shows the paradoxical effects of this inclusive policy, which leaves little space for resting, building relationships and listening to children's voices.Public(s) cible(s)
